Lugia won the poll, and I was feeling inspired (!), so here's a fan.
I didn't want to make it just Lugia--I love the box cover of SoulSilver, with all the shiny waves like in ukiyo-e paintings, so I wanted to emulate that style. As such, I attempted to draw Japanese-style waves, and posed Lugia like a crane. I messed up on the waves in a few places, but it was my first time trying something in that style--I think it turned out pretty well considering.

This is so amazing... Wuah.... Owo
